Midwest Industries a Bloody Beauty

Last Saturday night saw the first Day Night shoot for the new range and set a very high bar to beat. From all those who attended there was nothing but praise for the sponsor Midwest Industries.  It was great to see lots of families camp the night by plan or by default as the car park was WAGS ( Wives and Girlfriends Supporters) and kids who enjoyed the social side of the evening as the boys and a few girls competed in a really great shoot.  High gun for the night was for the 2nd time in 2 shoots Chris Bourke who was on fire with the 5 stand layout. A Grade was won by Rod Carr with a 84 2nd Peter Kay 83 and 3rd Luke Cross with a 79. Sponsor Ron Spedding also shot a 79. B Grade was won by John Coaker after a shoot off with Stephen Smith both on 68 3rd was Ben Hooper with a 60. C grade was won by Roy Butler who deserves a big round of applause who was leading after the 2nd round with 22,22 to finish with a 77 Well Done Roy. 2nd Tim Carr 68 3rd Ben Cross 65. Vets John Sidoti 79, 2nd Les Townsend 68, Super Vets Denis Coaker 75, 2nd Ron Oxenham 36, Juniors Mick Vaughan 70, 2nd Rohn Buchan 35,Ladies was won by Sarah Benett 54, 2nd Jen Rushton 36. Good to see Shane & Sarah at Field & Game.  The Tantitha 10 was won by Denis Coaker who didn't look like missing to claim the $100 prize.  Thankyou to all the shooters and everyone who made what could be the best night at Tantitha Springs yet.  Top Work
